Gentle X features a high-efficiency sonic motor delivering up to 40,000 vibrations per minute. It uses a rechargeable lithium-ion battery (550 mAh capacity) with wireless charging via the wall-mounted dock. A full charge lasts up to 30 days of typical use.

The UV-C cap uses short-wave ultraviolet light (UV-C) to kill up to 99.9% of common bacteria on your brush head. It automatically activates when closed. The technology is based on established UV-C disinfection methods used in healthcare and is tested to meet relevant safety and efficacy standards.

X-Sense™ is our smart pressure-sensing technology. It detects excess brushing force in real time and automatically reduces motor intensity to protect your gums. An indicator alerts you if you’re pressing too hard, encouraging a gentle, dentist-recommended technique.

The brush heads use BPA-free, food-grade plastics and DuPont™ bristles for safe, effective cleaning. The handle is made of durable, BPA-free ABS plastic. Both are designed for longevity and recyclability where local facilities accept them.

Gentle X has an IPX7 rating. It is fully waterproof for safe use at the sink or in the shower. You can rinse it freely without worry.

Clean: Standard 38,000 vibrations/min for everyday deep cleaning. Sensitive: Lower intensity for gentle cleaning of sensitive gums. Polish: Pulsing pattern to help remove surface stains and enhance shine. Each mode is tailored for specific needs so you can customize your brushing routine.

The lithium-ion battery is rated for over 500 full charge cycles—translating to several years of normal use. Even after hundreds of cycles, it retains the majority of its capacity.

We offer global shipping to most countries. Customs duties, VAT, or other local taxes are not included in the pledge amount and may be charged upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations.

Gentle X comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your unit arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it. We also offer support for issues like lost or damaged shipments—just reach out to our team and we’ll help resolve it.
